Placing an Ad

OnlineProperty.com.au is an online classified advertising service that helps owners sell their properties. We make selling your property online a very simple process. Simply post an ad and wait for interested business buyers to contact you.

Does OnlineProperty.com.au ever charge any additional commissions or fees if I sell my property using your advertising service?

Absolutely not, the one time advertising fee is all you ever have to pay, even if you sell your property using our service!

Steps to take.

  1. Click here to Place Your Ad.
  2. Select your Advertising options. We have a variety of options which are listed below.
    1. $49.50 - advertise on this website until SOLD.
    2. $99.00 - advertise on all website's in our network until SOLD.
    3. $440.00 - Appear permanently on onlineproperty.com.au home page under featured properties for 4 months.

    Options (a) your advertisement will only appear on the website you placed an order from; that is, if you placed an order from www.OnlineProperty.com.au it will only appear on that website.

    For maximum exposure of your property we recommend you select option (c) and have your property showing on all 17 website's until SOLD.

  3. Select your payment option, we accept payment by Cheque, Direct Deposit and Credit Cards. (VISA, MASTERCARD & BANKCARD).

    Our Site uses the latest 128 bit strong encryption security to ensure any details entered above are kept safe. Credit Card orders are also processed via Australia Leading Payment Gateway eWAY in real time. Your Credit Card Details are not stored by us, they are processed by Eway in conjunction with St.George Bank.
  4. Take photos of your property in digital format. Up-load to your PC and ensure they are in the correct format. We accept JPEG, JPG or GIF files in just about any size, we will automatically resize them if required. Please note that large image sizes may take a while to upload depending on your connection speed, you can upload one picture at a time if you prefer.
  5. You will automatically receive an email with your password.
  6. Select Edit/Delete Listing Option under My Account menu heading, enter your email address and password, this will take you to your own administration screen, choose update option.
  7. Enter your property details, Don't worry too much if you make a mistake, you can always correct it later, then click on the Update/Create button, this will take you to the image upload screen.
  8. Locate the images stored on your computer and enter a description about the images if you like. You can also view the images during this process and change them if you prefer another image.
  9. If you are unable to up-load your images for any reason that's ok, send us your photos and we will up-load them for a minimal cost. See Scanning Photos from our menu for more information and charges.
  10. Take note of your AD ID, this will be your unique number which can be used to go directly to your property.
  11. You will be sent an email with you order details.

Note: Support for the upload of pictures will only be provided for Options (c) & (d) and (e) shown above. If you are having problems uploading your images please email your pictures to us with your AD ID and we will upload them for you at no extra cost. If you have normal photos that require scanning then a standard fee of $30 applies for up to 12 Photos. Mail your photos to us with your AD ID.
